7. Cancellations
If a Coaching Program is Purchased, either party may terminate the engagement at any time in its discretion upon written notice to the other party, which may be sent by email. Upon termination, Client shall immediately, but in no less than 10 business days, pay any unpaid fees and expenses incurred on or before the termination date.
8. Delivery
If the Client purchases a Coaching Program, then Wired for Fulfillment LLC will provide coaching services to CLIENT over a series of one on one and/or group coaching sessions in the form of webinars, audio and/or visual presentation, and/or periodic personal coaching and evaluations (the “Program”). The topic(s) discussed or reviewed during each session is flexible and may be mutually determined by the parties prior to the session.
9. Revisions and Errata
